PUG is a voluntary group of users who, in partnership with PlusNet, are working to ensure that the Internet experience provided by the PlusNet family (Force 9, MetroNet, Free-Online and PlusNet itself) is the best there is. It's not there yet... but that's the goal we're working towards!
But we can't do this on our own.
We want all users to have the opportunity to take part in PUG.
PUG Needs You!
Some of the things we do include:
Make suggestions on how the service may be improved for the customers
Beta testing new products and services prior to release
Giving feedback to PlusNet on their products and services
Working in partnership with our sister site UserTools to provide tutorials and online tools for the PlusNet community
And much more!
There are many different levels at which you can get involved with PUG.
Via the PUG forums, we have access to PlusNet staff members who may not participate in other forums. There are also members of PUG who can raise issues directly to PlusNet on your behalf.
We welcome you to contribute any articles or issues, or raise any topics that you may feel will help your fellow PlusNet users.
Regular contributors to issues and matters, and those who provide constructive feedback will get the opportunity to take part in more in-depth discussion and testing relating to PlusNet's products and services.
A new structure is being put in place that in the future will allow for elections and formal participation at different levels.
Some of these roles may require a certain amount of commitment on your part, whilst other roles will allow you to come and go as time permits. Some members may just visit the forum when they have a problem that needs solving. How much you put into it is entirely up to you.
No user group can make a difference without members, so why not sign up today! You can become a member of PUG right now by registering online.
