Welcome to the PlusNet UserGroup Issue Tracker

After a period of testing, development, and discussion with PlusNet, the PlusNet UserGroup have launched Phase 1 of the PlusNet UserGroup Issue Tracker (or PUGIT for short)

This tool has been designed to allow anybody to view most of the issues that PUG are talking to PlusNet about and also to allow customers of the PlusNet vISPs (PlusNet, MetroNet, F9, Free-Online) to vote on issues of importance and discuss items etc.

A team of volunteers have been working hard with Ian B to ensure that issues have been entered and responses chased up so hopefully a good percentage of issues have been pushed to the correct departments in PlusNet and are being discussed and/or dealt with.
