The clear English guide to the Sustainable Use Policy

With all the recent changes to traffic management, acceptable usage and peak times we felt that it would be useful to try and create a single place where all of these were summarised.

Kitz has been wading through the Sustainable Use Policies and has produced what hopefully will be a useful guide to the SUP.
