Free dial-up for users with broadband connection faults

Following discussion between PlusNet and the PlusNet UserGroup, we are pleased to announce that users experiencing broadband connectivity faults will now receive free 0808 dial-up access.

In a Service Status announcement made this evening, Dave Tomlinson stated that "Details of the dial-up number and how to set this up will be provided to a customer when they raise a fault"
