Common Sense Rules Again - Telephone Numbers make a welcome return!

The new trend of applying common sense within the business is spreading even further at PlusNet Towers. After announcing a return to "Tickets" instead of "Questions", and listening to customers over the "Voice of the Customer" name - PlusNet have now announced the launch of specific telephone numbers for Faults, and the return of the telephone numbers on the footer of each portal page!When PlusNet removed the details of the support phone number from the footer of their website, there was an outcry amongst customers. Todays announcement shows that, once again, the pressure of customers is not being ignored.
These changes have now rolled out live - but only apply to PlusNet, F9 and Free-Online customers. MetroNet users should continue to use the existing support number.
