PUG Campaign: Email Resiliency and Stability - UPDATE 1

Following the launch of the PlusNet UserGroup campaign to investigate, and improve, the resiliency and stability of the email platform we have seen a lot of interest from customers of PlusNet / F9 (Force9) / Free-Online / Metronet. We have also been given detailed feedback, from PlusNet, on the events surrounding the failures and the subsequent work to restore the service and the lost emails.

We have now updated the publically available campaign document which can be downloaded from here (PDF, 255KB)

The focus for the next 10 days is now on compiling a formal list of questions and proposals, from the customers, to be presented to PlusNet (via email) on Monday 31st July) - therefore we are now calling for any customers of PlusNet, Metronet, Free-Online or F9 (Force 9) to register on our forums and take part in the discussions in the dedicated campaign area.

This campaign will only be a success if it represents the views of a wide cross-section of the userbase, so come and take part today!
