IP range to be added:

Thanks Andy.
That tells me the IP Address assigned to me is     80.229.254.*** and
 Netmask is
255.255.255.255

The Gateway Checker itself recognises the 80.229.254.* range as belonging to Plusnet. I've checked anyway, but if it didn't a different message would be issued.

The problem is that Plusnet have not created a reverse DNS entry for the incoming gateway. A reverse traceroute from the news-europe.giganews.com server at Giganews would help identify the gateway involved.
