Our engineers are currently investigating the cause of an outage to our portals and internal systems.

Access to customer details via workplace is not currently possible. We have a message on the IVR and will update further as soon as our systems are restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I'm happy to say that all systems have now been restored and normal service resumed.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this outage has caused.

Thanks Mark - a big worry when a significant part of the service dies on you police
