Why are tickets returned when the problem has not been fixed? I've just had one returned:
Thanks for contacting us regarding this, we have had a small number of similar reports this evening and they have been flagged up for further investigation. At present, we have no set time for a resolution, but as always further information will be posted on service status once it is available.
