The problems got a lot worse this week after a training session (using false positives and negatives). Since then many have complained about the very high number of false positives. The only way to fix it (other than take it out of service and start the process all over again) is to send the false positive emails.
To try and help reduce the false postive rate, PN are also only training on these, and currently and false negative reports are being ignored.

I see that there is now a message on the Service Status pages which is timed at 15 minutes
after my initial posting. I may be many things but clairvoyant I'm not!

Anyway I'm keeping my fingers crossed that things will settle in the new few days ..........
