Title: Is anyone doing anything about broadband reprovides?

Anyone know what is happening (if anything is) about broadband reprovision after a house move? I entered a ticket on F9 a week ago (#22413615) and no response at all yet. Put a message on the discussion board and only received replies from people who were still waiting weeks later. Is this what I can expect too?  :?
