Hi!

I'm a new poster, so my apologies for not introducing myself in a separate post first. My name's Sophie and I'm living in Scotland. Smiley

I can't seem to connect to the IRC server at usertools.plus.net. I am doing so from a PlusNet connection, 91.125.157.168 (168.157.125.91.dyn.plus.net). I just get a "Connection timed out" error when I try.

I can connect via the CGI-IRC client, but I'd rather use my own client. Does anyone know what might be up?

I've just connected using ChatZilla (from 80.229.*.*) without any problem.

If you are not on a static IP I suggest trying a disconnect/reconnect until you are on a different IP range and then try again.

I think the list of Plusnet IPs built into the IRC server software is somewhat dated. The 91.125.*.* range which was originally MAAF is probably not included. Disconnecting and reconnecting to try to get on a different range is suggested.
