I was assured of a seamless switchover but it has been anything but! They screwed up my first direct debit and I was without a connection for a couple of days.  They failed again with the second one and access was restricted. How Which? Recommended them mystifies me.

If they screw up again I will be writing to Sunday Post Raw Deal.

Decidedly unimpressed.
