I'm just about to send a referral email via the member centre and noticed that it says:

2. Refer friends via word of mouth

When you refer a friend via word of mouth, make sure they know how to indicate that you referred them.
During signup they will be asked for referral details, in order to complete this they will need to know your username and ISP.
Your username is: xxxxx  Your ISP is: PlusNet

My ISP is Force9 and I know from previous experience that I almost didn't get the referral because when the new customer mentioned my username CS said that they couldn't locate it (unsurprisingly).  I had to call in to explain.   
Should this be amended perhaps?

Well spotted, it incorrectly says PlusNet for me too. This definitely is something that needs to be sorted out.

The click through links seem to be based on Service ID (the correct one for me) so those should go to the right place.
