Waited in for fibre = guess what OR no show - then catalogue of lies from Customer support  and now
James ( Complaints manager ) doesn't make phone call promised but gets someone else to email.
Very Very Very dissapointed - understand you not able to do what you wantyed - but to emai at 5.30 on a Friday when you
knew I was awaiting your call.

Only right to say that James EH is trying to sort out and has rung this morning - now have OR appointment for next Saturday - I do believe that PN are doing all they can to resolvce this with not a lot of help for OR.
