Is it a policy at Plusnet to keep you waiting for over twenty minutes when trying to ring them? I've tried at least fifteen times this last week all at different times of day. This is completely unsatisfactory for a so called telecomms company

Moving this topic to Plusnet Customer Service Issues since it concerns a current problem rather than the longer term PUGIT items recorded in that database.

Sorry to hear that bloggsy1, the call times are rarely that long at the moment so it's odd that you are always waiting that long to get through to us. If you want to see when the call wait is low then take a look at this page: csc.plus.net and it'll tell you how long the queue is for our support team.
