Can anyone help please?
Am I right in thinking that one day it was going to be possible to change your username ?

I think Plusnet offered this for a while after the webmail incident, though it was a very labour intensive inelegant procedure, which I think went along the lines of signing up for a free account, add your billing details to that, then Plusnet transfered the other components across.

I don't know if Plusnet will still allow you to do this now though.
