I had an email telling me I had come close to my limit of downloads between 4pm and 00.01am
yet it was wrong due to the fact that Plusnet not myself moved my billing date by 6 days.
i raised a ticket Questions | ID: 27081187 on sunday, To Plusnet's credit they have admitted
it was a mistake and that my usage needed to be reset to the corect date.  This should be a
simple task to do, but alas I am still waiting for comfirmation from Plusnet that it has been
sorted.  Come on Plusnet you have been good lately. sort it out
