The meeting was held to count the votes from a poll of the Full Members of the PlusNet UserGroup on a resolution to adopt proposed new Rules of Association superseding in its entirety the Constitution previously adopted on 30 May 2006.
Declaration of Result.
Voting on the resolution is as follows:

Votes for represent 100% majority of the votes cast. Since this exceeds the required two-thirds majority the resolution is carried.
