Not sure where to raise this so please move if it is in the wrong place.
I just signed up to home phone anytime+ and found that the built in credit limit per month is £70. This is ludicrous for this package when usually the only major cause for charges will be calls to mobiles and premium rate numbers. (Note that the equivalent limit for for the evening and weekend package is apparently £50). There appears to be no mechanism to reduce the limit only increase it.
Can I suggest that either the default limit is dramatically reduced or that users have the opportunity to reduce it.

Wish I had changed earlier as I have seen very little difference

Reminder to self - Write the idiot's guide to PUGIT -it's long overdue Lips Sealed

The main route is go to Pugit and click on 'New' in the short purple header bar (next to 'Home' ) and fill in the details on the screen which comes up.  This generates an entry in a hidden forum which PUG monitor and use to either add the Entry or request additional info before doing so.

To complete the link.  Once the entry is made into PUGIT an automatic entry is created as a new topic in PUGIT comments to make it more generally visible and to encourage comments.

Apologies for the long winded response, but I can now use this text as part of a User Guide to 'sticky' here and offer to the Community.   evil

I'll raise the Issue as an 'Idea' shortly.

Maurice

Just to confirm:  It is PUGIT Issue  397  Comments Here
