Looking at these figures I find a different pattern for BBYW customers compared with Premier and Plus. Premier/Plus usage has increased towards Xmas whilst BBYW has decreased. And Premier/Plus customers have a greedier nature in trying to grab resources. Perhaps this is because they are old hands.

If you look at the increase from Dec last year (8.37) to Dec this year (9.21), I hardly think that is an astronomical increase in view of all the additional content that is available now.  The likes of YouTube etc is more popular and even websites in general seem to have become more resource hungry with dynamic content and less focus on keeping webpages small.

Premier users may be "greedier" in nature - but isnt that way they continue to pay £21.99 rather than £9.99 or £14.99 eg for the BBYW products.

Anyone on the old premier account who only uses a few GB if they have any sense will have surely moved over to one of the lesser price products.  Plusnet have been very open about the fact that they can do so.. and I've seen many who have moved.

The fact that they've gone over to BBYW, will have had the effect of pushing up the average monthly usage for those remaining on Premier surely?
