Hmmm... perhaps I didn't think the rules of this through far enough. He has since posted a comment to that article.

Let's see who can be the first to find the most recent news article on thinkbroadband which does NOT have a comment by CARPETBURN and is more than one day old.

We need to give him time to get his comment in although 24 hours is perhaps rather generous!

Shhh...  You want to drive more miles, so the government put more tax on petrol so you can't afford to.  Don't do giving them ideas on taxing bandwidth so that people can't afford to download anything!
