We are pleased to confirm that we have topped the uSwitch survey (independently run by YouGov), once again, coming out top for Overall Customer Satisfaction with an impressive 78%. Bottom place came Orange, with 35% of their customers dissatisfied. The bigger players were an even spread in between.

Congratulations to PlusNet and all their staff.  I know you've worked very hard to improve.

Well done PN Smiley

I think a lot of us were probably a little apprehensive as to what the BT takeover earlier this year might mean, but PlusNet seems to have been strengthened rather than diminished by this progression.

The uSwitch survey results certainly underline that the decision to keep PlusNet as a separate entity (albeit with a powerful "minder" alongside) was well founded.

Keep up the good work Smiley

Penny.

Its nice to see PN is crawling back up form its knees.. smiley

all you need now is a huge influx of customers - but not before you can safely accommodate ! grin

BT is slashing call prices, well it appears they are doing the same to broadband fairly soon (so they are going to get a higher place in the next survey as its always 'value for money' which lets them down)

personally i think PN has great value for money - grin just got a few things to iron out yet smiley

but none-the less - good work grin
