You don't put the http:// on the start of a tracert, it's just:

tracert portal.plus.net

That tracert is how it should be. If you have problems again, post back with a new tracert and we'll check it out (as you have more than one PC you could compare what you get on each).

No need to consider traceroutes...  sounds like a cookie showed 'blocked' so one has to ask the question - under what circumstances does a cookie get set to this state ?

(if there are more than about 10, a web page detailing them would perhaps be worthwhile, and a link from some Support page, given this is near 'disastrous' for a user's experience -  I once had a similar 'blocked' status, a long while back, apparently set by someone in CS for asking a question and not accepting their first/second response as 'final'! - oh, and of course there was nothing logged in the 'Answers' {sorry - forgotten the shorthand used - SN = "service note" ?} to show a change was made to my account to block portal access.)

Ultra, the block you refer to would have simply resulted in a username and password error, not the one described here.
