From sometime yesterday afternoon the graphs showing packet drops are missing.

Yep, and just look at all those drops!!!!!!

I'm going to start asking for Business VPN traffic to be classed as Titanium!

That will result in 2 new queues being created above it. Uranium and Plutonium.

There is no reason why Gold traffic requirements could not force higher drops on Bronze and Silver, but if they are already dropping ALL Bronze and Silver this would be tricky. Sad

Gold has a defined throughput limit, obviously that throughput limit has been reached, hence the drops.
