This morning I wanted to add details to ticket ID: 20425405, but when I clicked on 'add comment' it was closed.

I don't want it closed, especially as the last contact from CS was that it was being raised with BT again, last CS contact was:-     4:06pm, Sunday 22nd October 2006

[internal] now with bt - 1-EYNMZX / 03242242.

I've opened a new ticket, but it would be easier to re-open the one that was closed.

I have just been given the ticket number of 20561806 for a new ticket. I#ve copy/pasted some of the original ticket into it.

I cannot raise a new one as my exchange is heavily contended, so can't query a stuck BRAS profile. I can't raise a new ticket for intermittant connection because it seems no longer to be intermittant, although my SNR margin drops very low, 2 DB atm.

That is why a fault had been raised with BT and I don't want that BT fault cancelled!
