After complaining here about poor service, James Bailey took over ticket 20335867 and applied some common sense to it and got it moving. Now it is back with the 'normal' team it is spiralling down again!! Please James, take a look at my further reply and let me have some sensible reply - or at least call me!

James is currently on holiday, so I'm not sure he'll be able to do anything just now. Perhaps someone else from the Comms Team will pick it up.
