Tam, do you have a ticket ID?

*cough* *cough* ..... nudge nudge..  wink

Tam,

It wasn't put on hold until the next billing date, just until the Direct Debit payment cleared. It should have been scheduled in line with the original request and not when the ticket came off hold, so that was error on behalf of the agent (who incidentally was one of our temps).

Rgds,

Tam

Ahhh .. PlusNet response 13.4a   - blame the temp Wink

It appears to be sorted now anyway - which is the main point!

I applied for my MAC key on 18th October. My migration is due to be completed on 30th October, but my billing date is 28th October. Could someone please tell me for what period I will get a refund?

The minimum is from 18th November to 28th November, although it may be longer.

Your notice period ends on 18th November.

As your next billing falls within the notice period it will be taken in full - which means you are paid up to 28th November.

You will therefore be able to claim a refund for 19th - 28th November.
