Despite my utter anger at PlusNet tonight, I'd just like to praise the portal "event log" which is mentioned in http://usergroup.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,2936.0.html

I've often felt that something like this is needed, highlighting the "quick fixes" which show that things are being fixed, and that there is constant improvement on fixing the little things which ultimately are much bigger things if they're left broken annoying customers, or simply making the website/company/service look un-cared for and tatty.

So thumbs up from me on that one.
