I requested a MAC on Weds 9th and i'm still waiting...

Ticket 20031946 if anyone can take a look  huh

Yeah i know mate - it's gash really, I'm especially miffed as they moved me to LLU even though I did the opt out weeks before.

I have raised a request to our wholesale provider. As this is a manual process and still in a trial stage, it will take approximately 7 days from now to arrange.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.


I can accept that you are now at the mercy of your wholesale provider, what I cannot accept is that is has taken a fortnight to get the request to Tiscali.

I got the exact same email from PlusNet on Sunday.  Why has it taken them so long to past it onto the Wholesale provider?  shocked  huh
