According to a post in this thread - the timeouts started happening at 08:10 - that's over ONE AND A HALF HOURS ago.

WHERE IS THE SERVICE STATUS?

So much for 24/7 Networks coverage eh?  angry

Thanks for the info...

I tried using IMAP access (from Thunderbird) a while back but quickly gave up...
I never bothered to query it with anyone (via channel) as it seemed to be "par for the course".

I note the "status" indicators show no problem with e-mail at the moment...
Wonder how long it will take for that to change ?

mr_chris - I guess it depends on how many reports of a fault are seen...

I tried contacting CS to ask why there was no SS report on this.
Seems like the phone system is also down.

Unless Fridays server move to the new colo dragged on a bit longer ?

That being the case, there should have been a SSA detailing the delay though.

It's randomly up and down from what I can tell... I have a script checking email which is randomly succeeding but more often failing.

Mail should be all OK now, I've just updated status saying it's now fixed.
