Contact the Plusnet UserGroup

The Plusnet UserGroup have an active, growing, forum community for Plusnet, MetroNet, Free-Online,  F9 and Madasafish customers. In them we welcome discussion about product offerings, customer support, the Plusnet network, technical structure, the UserGroup + UserTools and just about anything else. However - we also appreciate that people may prefer to raise issues, or make comments, in private.

The Contact Us form on this page can be used if you wish to raise issues with the UserGroup or if you feel that all other channels of communication between you and PlusNet have been exhausted.

Please note: The information you supply will be kept confidential and only discussed within the UserGroup and with Plusnet. Although we do ask for information such as username and ticket number the UserGroup has no access to any of the information contained within the Plusnet Help System. We may ask Plusnet on your behalf to check into this further and where possible inform us of any possible action.

Once you have contacted us a member of the UserGroup will contact you (if required) to let you know what's happening.

The UserGroup are not the Plusnet Technical Support Team, we are simply fellow customers offering to help when all else has failed - support issues must be raised through Contact Us on the Portal - other queries can be addressed to either the UserGroup Forums or the Community Forums.
