PlusNet top in User Satisfaction survey

In a recent uSwitch survey it has been announced that PlusNet came out top for Overall Customer Satisfaction achieving a strong 78%. The Survey (independently run by YouGov) questioned 20,000 users with at least 200 customers from each mentioned ISP.

This is good news for PlusNet and shows that Customer Service is indeed back on track and getting back to what it once used to be.
When asked by PUG to comment Neil Armstrong, Products Director replied:
